AND AS OF THAT DATE WE MAY ISSUE AN INACTIVITY FEE OF $50.00 PER MONTH ON ANY GIFT CARD/CERTIFICATE THAT HAS BEEN INACTIVE FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE MONTHS OR LONGER.
